Our fresh, local Black Angus beef has no added antibiotics or hormones. At 800 lbs our steers are given a finishing ration consisting of corn, oats, soy hulls, and soy bean meal for at least 75 days until they reach ~1,400 lb finishing weight. Our beef is processed at a USDA inspection facility and vacuum-packed and frozen.
